It’s 30 degrees outside in the Ardèche but all the talk in the Evasion Travel office is of our winter ski holidays in Courchevel Le Praz. There is lots of planning and organising  to be done from setting up new internet connections to designing new menus for the chalets.

This winter is promising to be busier than ever with two new properties plus an airport transfers service to think about. We’re really lucky that all of our Ardèche summer staff will be coming to the Alps and that they are all familiar with Courchevel Le Praz. Jennie and Emma will be cooking up a storm in the chalets, Sam will be doing some weekend driving work and focussing on finishing his ski instructor training during the week and Janine ‘the oracle’ Gosling will be making sure that we all know exactly who is coming and going when…

Adam and Annabel will be at the helm and we’ll be joined by two new people on our jolly little travel adventure. Our new resort facilitator will be making sure that everyone has exactly what they need and our third chalet host will be working hard to learn the ropes and get their cooking up to standard before the doors open on the 12th December. Of course we’ll all be looking forward to a ski or snowboard with our clients!

We are looking forward to seeing many of our customers form former winter seasons as well as some of our new Ardèche adventurers that joined us this summer. It’s always good to have some familiar faces returning to the chalets.

It seems like a long way away but the winter will be upon us before we know it and we want to ensure that we are well prepared in order to be able to deliver a great service as well as to be able to make the most of life in the mountains.

Last year we had a great many adventures form ski away trips to indoor climbing and concerts. We’re hoping to have even more fun this winter!
