Evasion Travel recognise that customers have a huge range of options when it comes to choosing their alpine holiday but ultimately, the success (or failure) of your holiday will depend on the resort staff at the company you choose.
We insist that all of our staff are mature, sociable and able to think on their feet. We can train great cooks, help with personal development and teach people about the mountains but the last thing that we want are robots. Your holiday should be a very personalised experience.
By ensuring that our staff are appropriately equipped, looked after and have plenty of time to work and to play, we see a huge positive effect on your holiday. We send them on ski and snowboarding lessons, give them mobile phones and help them to improve their French language skills so that they are better integrated, more knowledgeable and more capable of doing all of the tiny things that make a good holiday great.
