Weeks normally run from Saturday to Saturday. Other start days may be available on request.

Saturday Arrival and Orientation Walk We will collect you from local airports and will be on hand to get you settled in and ready for the week ahead…
Sunday Gorge Walk and Canoeing The morning gorge walk takes you to stunning viewpoints above the canyon that you will canoe down in the afternoon.
Monday Cycling and Ropes Course A morning riding on country trails ends at lunch, followed by an afternoon of high-adrenaline challenges at the treetop ropes course..
Tuesday Horse Riding and Swimming Cross rivers, vineyards and orchards before taking some time out for river swimming and accompanied walks…
Wednesday Avignon Excursion We head off via the famous Pont du Gard aqueduct to the Medieval city of Avignon for a day of colour and culture.
Thursday Options Day A day to yourselves. Canoeing, cycling, walking and much more. Self guided with local transport provided. (Activities not included in holiday price).
Friday Market Visit, Forest Hike and Caves Tour A fantastic local market is followed by a picnic lunch out in the forest and then an underground tour of the huge caverns.
Saturday Departure Day We’ll be there to wave you off or drive you to train stations and airports – see you next year!

This trip starts every Saturday during the summer. Sunday start dates are only available on the 18th July, 25th July, 8th August and 22nd August.

Other Information

Local transport is provided by us. Family weeks are usually hosted at our hotel with breakfast and five dinners included. Self catered options are available.  For the budget-conscious, self drive camping options are available.

Lunches are not included. Typically we use local restaurants or have riverside/forest picnics.

Note that Children under 7 years are not permitted on the Ardèche River. Small children may be restricted on cycling, ropes course and horse riding days but will still be very much involved!
