Weeks normally run from Saturday to Saturday. Other start days may be available on request. Singles, couples and small groups are welcome to join these trips…
| Saturday | Arrival and Orientation We will be on hand to get you to your accommodation, settled in and ready for the week ahead… |
| Sunday | Gorge Walk and Ropes CourseThe morning gorge walk takes you to stunning viewpoints above the canyon whilst in the afternoon we head to the shade to take on the tree top ropes course. |
| Monday | Canyoning Day Climb down streams, float in rivers and jump from waterfalls… Our canyoning day takes place in the breathtaking hills to the west of the Ardeche Gorge. It is a must for any Ardèche Adventure. |
| Tuesday | Cycling and optional Climbing Take to the hills on our mountain bikes with a morning on open trails and an afternoon making our way through the forests… We can also organise climbing lessons on this day (extra cost). |
| Wednesday | River Descent Day 1 With camping equipment provided by us and a stop for supplies you set off under the famous Pont d’Arc, for a day on the river and a night under the stars in the National Park. |
| Thursday | River Descent Day 2 Waking to the sound of the forest coming to life we have a more leisurely day of short rapids, swimming and spectacular scenery as we paddle 16km to St Martin d’Ardèche. |
| Friday | Market Visit, Forest Hike and Caves Tour A fantastic local market is followed by a picnic lunch out in the forest and then an underground tour of the huge caverns. |
| Saturday | Departure Day We’ll be there to wave you off or drive you to train stations and airports – see you next year! |
Our trips are second to none for bespoke, personal service. We always try to keep things moving and to pack the most action into every day but we recognise that a holiday needs to include some time to kick back and relax as well. Our staff have the experience and resources to make sure that you are always as active as you want to be…
Other Information
Local transport in the Ardeche is provided by us. Adult weeks are usually hosted at our hotel with breakfast and five dinners included.
Self catered options are available. For the budget-conscious, self drive and camping options are available. Contact us for details.
Lunches are not included. Typically we use local restaurants or have riverside/forest picnics.
Minimum group size for any week is 4. It is possible to join other small groups. Single supplements apply for hotel and self catered accommodation.
